Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment produces emotionally resonant video content for APlus.com, often paired with uplifting short-form storytelling. In collaboration with Acorns, Blue Studios developed a compelling social video series featuring real people, real executives, and authentic stories to shine a spotlight on the real-world impact of micro-investing.




Objective: Humanize Acorns by centering actual stories—from users and leaders—on how micro-investing helped transform their financial journeys.


Creative Approach:

  • Interview subjects on-camera in a clean, welcoming studio environment

  • Use subtle animated overlays (investment icons, growth charts, product UI) to visualize financial concepts

  • Keep stories short (60–90 seconds) and emotionally resonant—designed for Instagram, Facebook, and APlus social feeds


















Results & Impact

  • Achieved high view-through and engagement rates, performing above average benchmarks for branded content

  • Fortified Acorns’ brand identity around authenticity, everyday access, and financial empowerment
