“Spider-Man x Mixer” – Cross-Platform Digital & Social Campaign
To celebrate the highly anticipated release of Marvel’s Spider-Man on PlayStation, Blue Studios partnered with Ayzenberg and Xbox Mixer to create a bold, cinematic, and playful social, digital, and OOH campaign that redefined how platform branding and game fandom collide.

Creative Pillars
1. Static + Social Ads — Funko Collab
Designed vivid diorama-style hero visuals featuring Funko Spider-Man figurines on top of PlayStation hardware, staged in a stylized NYC skyline built from bricks, PS controllers, and comic-book charm
Key message: “NOW STREAMING” spelled in 3D spider-web typography—tethering nostalgia and hype
2. Animated Mixer Logo Reveal
Developed a Marvel-style cinematic logo animation: Spider-Man slinging through a city, crashing through panels, then slamming the Mixer logo into frame—crafted with gameplay footage, shattered glass FX, and motion comics texture
Featured multiple iterations: logo + web-swing reveal, Mixer over skyline, comic panel sequence
3. Social Drops & Character Moments
Created daily “Boss of the Day” fight scenes (Mon–Sat) using in-game enemy footage, stylized with typography overlays and animated action slams
Each day featured a new villain from the game, leading to Saturday’s fan-favorite payoff: Spider-Man staring back at you, exhausted, with the caption “Saturday… Is That You?”
4. Storyboards & Scene Animation
Built a comic book-inspired motion storyboard for a 3D rendered wall-projection concept: Spider-Man emerging from multiple AR comic panels in sequence, finishing with a Mixer burst
5. Narrative Integration
Included a tongue-in-cheek moment where Spider-Man inspects his phone mid-fight—Mixer chat UI superimposed over the screen to imply he’s “streaming the action live”

“Blue Studios joined forces with Ayzenberg and Xbox Mixer to craft a stylized, cinematic digital campaign celebrating the launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man. With in-game cinematics, 3D logo reveals, collectible Funko collabs, and daily comic-style villain drops, we delivered a vibrant, platform-crossing creative suite that honored both gaming culture and superhero storytelling.”
