Project: Campaign for the official trailer release of Life, featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds


Blue teamed up with BPG and Sony to amplify anticipation for Life through a dynamic, fast-paced social engagement campaign. The goal: grab attention and convert curiosity into conversation—delivering a trailer feel with a “see & say” twist, optimized for social platforms—all in under a week.

    Crafted ultra-short, punchy edits with bold typography coming alive over sudden reveals from the trailer—designed to stop users mid-scroll and drive trailer views.

    Tailored variations of the clips for Instagram Stories, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, each with crisp formatting and optimizations for silent autoplay.

    Built for speed—Blue’s team prepped clean template storyboards and motion design tiers, enabling same-day assembly of brand-aligned teaser edits using pre-release footage.

In collaboration with BPG and Sony Pictures, Blue executed a high‑velocity social campaign for Life, delivering storyteller‑driven “see & say” teaser edits across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter in under a week. Designed to ignite surprise and intrigue, each micro‑cut seamlessly fuses bold typography with trailer visuals to capture scroll‑stopping attention. The campaign launched a day‑by‑day build-up—amplifying anticipation in real time. Through agile workflows and data‑driven adjustments, Blue succeeded in delivering an unforgettable digital build‑up that outperformed standard performance benchmarks and positioned Life as one of the most buzzed‑about movie trailers of the year.
