When Republic Records announced the November 19, 2012 release of The Greatest Hits, which compiled nine remixed and remastered chart-toppers alongside three new tracks, Blue partnered with the label to craft a short promotional TV spot. Our goal was to evoke nostalgia while spotlighting the fresh material—and the campaign struck the right chord.

The final cut led with a bold reveal of the album cover—directly referencing the compilation’s story of the band’s past and present—while integrating dynamic, kinetic typography. Using high-energy snippets from the new tracks One Light, There’s a Life, and Goodbyes, we wove in rhythmic audiovisual edits that paid homage to the remixed classics like Kryptonite and Here Without You. The aesthetic blended modern polish with a warm legacy sound, mirroring the album’s balance.
